I have been on elavil for six weeks prescribed for chronic pain and have gained 15 pounds. Prior to taking elavil I had been losing weight steadily at 1 pound a week. My eating habits have not changed and this weight was very unexpected. Has anyone else experienced weight gain and what have you done about it?
